I often find that a little airbrushing to get rid of either dead air, umms and ahhs and other audio imperfections need to be edited out before archiving a webinar for On Demand viewings.

Currently I run the .wmv file through Microsoft Encoder to clean up any synchronization issues, and then use Camtasia Studio to create a workspace for editing.

This has met with mixed results, sometimes all works as planned, other times, it’s a most maddening experience.

I’m curious to hear from others on what best practices and insights you can share with the group on what software tools and processes you use to handle video and audio editing of recorded webinars?

Thanks,

Mike
